Family Court

This one week class is devoted to teaching you to survive the complex and convoluted web of rules surrounding even the simplest of actions in today's family courts. With the increasing power and scope of these courts, almost everyone, at some point in their lives, will find themselves in family court. Divorces, separations, child support, grandparent visitation, adoption, child molestation/abuse/neglect, and a host of other legal matters are the primary, or sole, preserve of this misunderstood and often confusing legal forum. This class is for those people who are in Family Court, who see that they're headed for Family Court down the road, or who want to make sure they don't end up in Family Court. It doesn't matter if you're 20 or 70, people of all ages and all walks of life can use the material from this class.

Learn how to create exculpatory evidence, to prove and preserve your innocence before you're charged, because you will be charged, whether or not you're guilty. The state loses support payment records, neighbors repay your parking in their spot by turning in false abuse reports, your child's public school teacher decides to defend his poor teaching by saying your child is neglected... the list of how you can end up in Family Court despite your best intentions is very long indeed.

You'll learn how and when to initiate DNA testing so the state will pay; how to obtain favorable psychiatrist or social worker reports; how to conduct Scriptural, as opposed to state, adoptions; how to create grandparents' rights where none currently exist; how to set up your home school so they can't charge you with educational neglect... or the "hot to trot" teen across the street wants out of a home with parental "oppression" and sees a false report on you as her ticket out ... well, we could keep on this list for some time as well.

This class is for grandparents of neglected or abused grandchildren, home-schoolers charged with educational neglect, non-custodial single parents, custodial parents (single or married), anyone involved with training or raising children, anyone with current court orders issued by a Family Court, or anyone with children and a nosy or vindictive neighbor. If you fit any of the above categories, or if you foresee a time when you will fit one, this class is what you've been waiting for.
